The Challenge

BMW's scent designer needed about one week to manually create a single fragrance still life — and the bigger challenge was earning her trust that AI would be a tool for her, not a threat to her craft.

The Solution

Built a custom GPT trained on 40,000 fragrance ingredients with structured output for consistent results. Involved the scent designer in every step to build trust. Independently secured a cooperation with LUZI perfume house to produce the first AI-generated automotive fragrance. Migrated the tool to BMW's internal Gaia platform for security compliance.
